Please note that weekends and holidays are NOT included within the shipping time.

Please allow 8-12 business days for payments to process for PRE-ORDERS and for us to ship your order to you.

All orders will be inspected to ensure each customer receives the correct order before shipping them.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please make sure that your billing & shipping address matches before proceeding with checkout. Orders will be canceled if your postal code, billing & shipping address does not match.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.  All packages also require a signature so we can ensure that you receive your product

K Danai Kollection​ is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or it has been lost, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We DO NOT ACCEPT returns/ exchanges for any products listed on the website. (It is imperative that you make your selection wisley and review your order before placing it.) If the error is caused on our behalf, a return process will be discussed once we are contacted.

In the event that you receive the wrong order, please contact us by email and include your order number and a picture of your order that you received so that we can verify the mistake to make the correction. Please allow 24-48 hours for an email response.

If you would like to cancel an order, please cancel within 1 hour of purchasing. We do finalize your order quickly so it can be be ready for shipping within the processing times shown. To cancel, please email kdanaikollection@gmail.com, listed on the "Contact" tab.
